Gray Malin Minis are made-to-order and will ship within five business days of your original order. Once they ship the lead times are:

- Fedex Ground: 1-5 business days within the continental US\*
- FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii\*
- FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days within the continental US\*
- FedEx International Priority: Typically in 1–3 business days to select countries worldwide\*\*
- FedEx International Economy: Typically in 2–5 business days to select countries worldwide, please refer to our FAQ page for a list of the international countries we ship to\*\*
- FedEx International Ground: Typically in 2–7 business days to Canada

- \*\* Products are available for shipment to select countries
- \* FedEx operates Monday–Friday, delivery is by the end of the business day
- \* Exceptions: No delivery on US bank holidays. Please note that if you place an order during a week of a US bank holiday, that shipment might be delayed by couple of days
- \* Exceptions: FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes

Gray Malin products (excludes trays) are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii & International orders.

- Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.
- Products must be returned unopened, undamaged & in original packaging.
- Return shipping label will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
- Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.
